you have to kick at the darkness till it bleeds daylight

Isaac attempted to teach me how to skateboard today. Needless to say, it was a difficult (as well as noble) endeavor on his part but at the end of two hours past, I could stand on the board for about five minutes without falling. Yahoo! Also, I went (yet again) to the Bookstore and talked to Debby about the physiological elements in "Little Red Riding Hood" and Elizabeth Bishop's poetry. I have so much sunshine in my pocket when I leave that lovely place! And now it's time for me to listen to Gordon Lightfoot sing "The Edmund Fitzgerald" and throw happy to this day.
